To approximate NYC Philanthropy LLC’s total donation obligation for a year, one can gather the respective daily USD prices of each “Redeemed Winning Fee” (based on the ETH total received by both the orchestrator and delegators) and sum the USD amounts of each winning fee from Jan 1st to Dec 31st and multiply the total by 0.5 (which represents 50%).

The allocation of fifty percent (50%) of total ETH fees earned represents a minimum threshold only. The actual amount donated may exceed the calculated annual minimum, but shall in no event be less than such amount.

Donations are made on a 1 year-lag rolling basis.
